SAUCER-LIKE

Okay, this is my rather pitiful attempt at tabbing Saucer-Like.

I sorta tabbed elements of both guitars in F#F#F#F#EB.

Okay, the intro goes (kinda...):

B Play this for 12 seconds
E or so:
F# 6 6 6 5 6 5 7 6 7 7 6 7 8 7 6 7 8 8 7 8 9 8 7 8
F# 6 6 6 5 6 5 7 6 then: 7 7 6 7 8 7 6 7 8 8 7 8 9 8 7 8

F# 9 9 8 9 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 10

Verse:

B
E then: he hangs on this chord, then
F# 3 5 X X X 3 5 X X X 7 plays some mutes, while Kim
F# 3 5 X X X 3 5 X X X 7 plays some rather high notes...
F# 3 5 X X X 3 5 X X X 7 listen for it.
F# 3 5 X X X 3 5 X X X 7

*** I don't know if they end on the 0 chord or the 7 chord...

B
E 2
F# 0 7
F# 0 7
F# 0 7
F# 0 7

For the spoken interlude, play something similar to the
intro riff, but a lot higher up...there's no way I'm gonna
try and tab that today...maybe later, if anyone cares.

For the verse after the chorus, and til the end, play an
arpeggiated version of the Verse riff. Its really hard to tell
what guitar is playing which, but Kim's is usually low, I don't
even know if Lee is playing, and I think that Thurston's is
the one that I've tabbed... For the final chord, see ***

Hmm..this isn't very good, is it? It's a start, but I got
tired of it quickly. I might tab Lee's leads if I find a good
tuning for them.

I guess someone will be able to use this...I'll post my
Skip Tracer tab, but its not much better than this one.

I think chris has got the lee's opening part about right, and here is what T plays

B-------8---------------8----------8---------------------8----(strum chord constantly)------
E-------0-------8-------0-----8----0--------6------------8------
F#------0-------0-------0-----0----0--------6------------8------
F#------0-------0-------0-----0----0--------0------------0------
F#--------------------------------------------------------------
F#--------------------------------------------------------------

verse figure
B------------------------------0---------
E------------------------------0---------
F#----3-----------5------------5---------
F#----3-----------5------------5---------
F#----3-----------5------------5---------
F#----3-----------5------------5---------
these are the chords for all the verses of the song...

here's the little riff that lee plays at the beginning of the verses

B--3---0-----------0-----------------------0(ho)3------------0-------------------------
E-------------3----------3------3(ho)5-------------0(ho)3-------3----0----3-----5(b)---

(ho)=hammer on
(b) = bend

T and lee play different chords for the chorus

T's:
end chorus:
B-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------0-----
E-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------0-----
F#----5/7----7------------10/12-------19(t)-------5/7---7--------10/12-------7------------14----------
F#----5/7----7------------10/12-------19(t)-------5/7---7--------10/12-------7------------14----------
F#----5/7----7------------10/12-------------------5/7---7--------10/12-------7------------14----------
F#----5/7----7------------10/12-------------------5/7---7--------10/12-------7------------14----------

lee's chorus:

B--------------------------------------------------------------
E--------------------------------------------------------------
F#----5/7---7----8---7----5/7----------5/7---7---8---7---5-----
F#----5/7---7----8---7----5/7----------5/7---7---8---7---5-----
F#----5/7---7----8---7----5/7----------5/7---7---8---7---5-----
F#----5/7---7----8---7----5/7----------5/7---7---8---7---5-----

/=slide up

bridge:
lee plays a bunch of stuff that I'm going to try and figure out

t's part:

B--------0--------0--------------------8-------(use chord thru whole break)-------0------------
E--------0--------0--------------------8------------------------------------------0------------
F#------14-------12--------------------0-----------------------------------------14------------
F#------14-------12--------------------0-----------------------------------------14------------
F#------14-------12--------------------------------------------------------------14------------
F#------14-------12--------------------------------------------------------------14------------

then, back to verse stuff. Song ends on this chord:

B----0------
E----0------
F#---7------
F#---7------
F#---7------
F#---7------
